Our Policy on Missed Consultation Appointments

Dear valued clients,

I hope this message finds you well. As a consultant for energy healing, I am committed to providing you with the best possible service and experience. In order to maintain the quality of our services, I would like to bring your attention to our policy regarding missed appointments.

If you book a consultation session and fail to attend without prior notice, you will be given another option for a slot. However, if you miss the second scheduled appointment, your consultation option will be considered exhausted and you will not be eligible for a refund.

I understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, and I will make every effort to accommodate you in such cases. However, consistent no-shows can affect the quality of service for other clients and impact the scheduling of future sessions.
